Cookie Policy

Version 1.0 Effective August 9, 2026

This page lists every cookie MilesPlus actually sets, based on a review of the application's code — not a generic list of cookies a typical website might use.

1. Cookies we use

MilesPlus uses only strictly necessary cookies required to keep the application working and your session secure. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking cookies on the application or marketing site.

Cookie Purpose Duration
milesplus_session Keeps you signed in and remembers which account/tenant context you're working in. Strictly necessary — the application cannot function without it. Expires after a period of inactivity, or when you sign out.
XSRF-TOKEN A security token used to protect forms and actions in the application against cross-site request forgery. Strictly necessary. Same lifetime as your session.

Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the application to function, we do not currently show a cookie-consent banner — under most interpretations of applicable cookie regulations, consent is required for non-essential cookies (such as advertising or analytics cookies), not for cookies needed to keep you logged in. This is provided as background, not as legal advice — if MilesPlus later adds any non-essential cookie or tracking technology, this page and the consent mechanism should be revisited.

2. Email tracking

Transactional emails MilesPlus sends (verification, invitations, onboarding guidance) go through our email delivery provider, which can include tracking of whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, similar in effect to a cookie though delivered differently. See Data Processing & Sub-processors for details on that provider.

3. Third-party cookies

MilesPlus does not embed third-party advertising, social-media, or analytics scripts that would set their own cookies in your browser.

4. Managing cookies

Because MilesPlus's cookies are required to keep you signed in, blocking them in your browser will prevent the application from working correctly. You can still clear cookies at any time through your browser's settings, which will simply sign you out.

5. Changes to this policy

If MilesPlus starts using additional cookies or tracking technologies, this page will be updated and, where appropriate, a consent mechanism will be added.

6. Contact
