Is my data secure on MilesPlus?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Each organization's data is fully isolated in our multi-tenant architecture. We follow industry-standard security practices including regular penetration testing.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Starter plan is free forever with no credit card required. Paid plans (Professional, Business) include a 14-day free trial of full features — also no card needed. You only provide payment details when you choose to subscribe.

What currency are subscriptions charged in?

All MilesPlus subscription plans are billed in USD. Your operational data — fuel logs, sales, expenses, and reports — uses the local currency you select during onboarding (e.g. GHS, NGN, KES). These two currencies operate independently.

Can I import my existing fuel data?

Yes. MilesPlus supports CSV import for historical fuel log data. Our support team can assist with bulk data migration for larger fleets.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your organization's data belongs entirely to you. You can export all your data at any time in standard formats. If you cancel, we provide a full data export before account deletion.

What support is available?

Starter users receive email support. Professional plans include standard support. Business and Enterprise plans include priority support with guaranteed response times. Enterprise plans include a dedicated success manager.

Can multiple users access the platform?
